TP41Y type sleeve blowdown valve is a new blowdown stop valve. It adopts the spool and cage structure, the spool is provided with a balance hole, the spool and the seat are made of hard and soft double sealing gasket, so the valve has the advantages of smooth opening, light operation, reliable sealing and so on. In particular, the valve adopts a double cage sleeve structure, and sets the medium channel and seal separately to protect the gasket, so that the valve has better erosion resistance and blowdown performance, and greatly extends the service life, and its service life is more than twice that of the original blowdown valve.

The valve is a new type of throttling, cut-off, vent products, the valve adopts cage labyrinth throttling, with multiple throttling effect, throttling effect is obvious, reliable sealing, easy operation and maintenance.


The valve adopts double seal (hard and soft seal) to make the seal reliable, the cemented carbide sealing surface can be more resistant to airflow erosion and wear, and the double seal can achieve zero leakage under the condition of high pressure gas medium. Long service life of valve.


The sealing surface of the valve seat is sealed with a taper, which is conducive to cleaning the dirt attached to the sealing surface of the valve itself.


The valve flap is provided with a balance hole and piston seal, which ensures stable operation under the condition of full pressure difference, light and flexible opening, and small opening and closing torque.


The packing uses V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing capability and is extremely lightweight without adjusting switches. An auxiliary sealing grease injection structure is provided at the stuffing box to make the sealing performance of the valve packing reliable.


The valve can be repaired online, and the pipeline can be replaced with a series of wearing parts such as packing under pressure.


The valve is provided with a large blowdown hole at the bottom of the valve, which can be opened if necessary to clean the dirt in the valve.


The outer circle of the valve is provided with an O-shaped sealing ring, which has the function of cleaning and sealing when opening/closing, and the function of throttling and reducing pressure when discharging.


Normally closed state: The hard seal of the valve disc is pressed on the seat convex, forming a hard seal, while the soft seal embedded in the valve disc and the seat end face are pressed to form a second seal, the double seal structure ensures zero leakage of the valve, and because the valve disc is opened with a balance hole, the valve disc is subjected to less force when it is closed and opened, and the valve is opened and closed with a smaller torque.


Throttling state: the disc seal is off the seat, because the balance hole is provided at the disc, so that the valve is extremely light to open. After the valve is opened, the medium and impurities in the pipeline flow through the valve sleeve and the seat together, and the boundary drainage is realized at the same time. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat changes the flow direction of the medium by using the inclination of the sleeve, and has the function of self-cleaning, so that the seal does not contain impurities.


Closed state: After the medium in the pipeline is discharged, the valve is closed, and the medium enters the seat channel from the inclination of the bushing, the flow resistance coefficient increases, the flow rate is accelerated, the inclination changes the direction of the medium flow, resulting in eddy current, the radial force of the medium on the end face of the valve seat increases, and the purging of the valve seat seal is realized. When the disc seal is close to the seat, the gap between the sleeve and the seat channel prevents the flow of large particle media to the seal, coupled with the further increase of the flow rate and the purge of the transverse force of the medium, the impurities in the seal have been completely cleaned when the valve is closed, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve after blowdown, so as to further ensure that the sealing can achieve no leakage after blowdown. As a result, capacity is greatly improved and service life is extended.
