1. The valve has two structures: flange end and welded end


2. The valve seat is sealed with O-ring seal and the floating valve seat structure with preload force, so that the valve inlet and outlet are sealed bidirectional; And the opening and closing torque of the structure is only 1/2 of the ordinary valve, which can easily open and close the valve.


3. The sealing surface of the seat is embedded with PTFE, which has the dual sealing of PTFE to metal and metal to metal, and the PTFE sealing surface can remove the dirt of the gate at the same time.


4. Metal to metal sealed valve, the valve body is provided with grease injection structure, grease through the grease injector, the valve seat into the valve sealing surface, so that the valve to achieve zero leakage.


5. The gate of the valve with a diversion hole, whether fully opened or fully closed, is always consistent with the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is protected from direct erosion by the medium, thereby extending the service life.


6. When the valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is minimal, and there is no pressure loss. The pipeline can be cleaned through the hairball.


7. The valve adopts a packing structure with self-sealing ability, without frequent adjustment, opening and closing is very light, and the sealing is reliable, the stuffing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure, the sealing performance is absolutely reliable, truly achieve zero leakage; It solves the problem that the packing of general valve is most likely to leak out.


8. When the valve is closed, the high pressure in the inner cavity can be removed automatically to ensure the safety of use.


9. Fully enclosed structure, good protection performance, can adapt to all-weather requirements.


10. The valve is provided with an indicator rod or an observation window to indicate the opening and closing of the valve.
