Elastic deformation energy self-sealing (rubber single wire seal)

Achieved good results. The polymer material PTFE is replaced in a non-corrosion-resistant medium.


Single piston DBB structure

Each seat is designed for a one-way motion effect when the valve is in operation: The pressure in the seat itself is relative to the pressure brought by the ball when it rotates. The purpose of our design is to overcome the spring and release the residual pressure rapidly generated in the seat when it is under pressure, that is, when the pressure overpressure in the middle chamber is 1.33 times greater than the pressure in the pipeline, the pressure can be automatically discharged.


Double piston DIB structure

At the same time, we use such a valve seat design, which can be applied to the valve seat of two-way valve. In this case, on the one hand, the rotation of the ball will bring a certain external pressure to the valve seat, while on the contrary, the internal pressure of the valve seat will act on the inside of the valve seat at the same time, so that the valve seat will be bidirectional sealed, but in this case, the valve seat itself will bear a large amount of and constantly rising pressure. In order to ensure the release of pressure acting on the sphere, an external full relief valve must be used.


Nickel plating

The surface of the valve seat product has a standard thickness of 30, 50, 70 microns of nickel. This process is used for the surface treatment of the seat, in order to expand the hardness standard of the surface only 500-600HV to 800-900HV. The main feature of the composition of the coating is a high content of phosphorus, which is operationally compliant with ASTM B656-733-602-571-578.
