Dual Closure and Pressure Relief (DBB)- universal

The upper and lower parts are the combination of single-piston structure seats. Each valve seat can isolate the pipe from the valve chamber, that is, to achieve a two-way seal, the higher the pressure value on both sides of the valve, the greater the sealing force. When the pressure in the valve chamber exceeds the drain value, each seat can drain it. When acting, the upstream and downstream medium pressure will push the seat to the ball; Once the medium cavity pressure generated by the medium exceeds the sum of the spring preload force and the medium pressure, the seat is pushed away from the ball by the medium pressure. Therefore, the excessive pressure generated by the central cavity is automatically released when the valve is fully open or fully closed.


Double closure and Pressure Relief (DIB-1)- Gas medium

The upper and lower parts are the combination of double piston structure seats. Each valve seat can isolate the pipe from the valve chamber, that is, to achieve a two-way seal. The higher the pressure value on both sides of the valve or the pressure value in the valve chamber, the greater the sealing force, that is, each valve seat can achieve a two-way seal. The thrust generated by the upstream and downstream pressure always pushes the seat toward the ball, keeping it sealed. The double piston effect ball valve does not have the function of cavity self-discharge, so in general, the valve needs to be installed on the valve body, and the pressure can be released through the automatic pressure relief valve when the pressure in the cavity is too high.


Double closure and Pressure Relief (DIB-2)- liquid media

The upstream end uses a self-relieving valve seat design, and the medium pressure pushes the valve seat towards the ball to form a seal. When the middle chamber pressure is too high, the upstream self-relieving valve seat can be pushed away from the ball, so that the excessive middle chamber pressure can be automatically discharged to the upstream end. The downstream end uses a two-piston seat design, and the medium pressure always pushes the seat toward the ball, and the downstream seat remains sealed. Combination of upstream single piston structure seat and downstream double piston structure seat. Each valve seat can isolate the pipe from the valve chamber, that is, to achieve a two-way seal, the higher the pressure value on both sides of the valve, the greater the sealing force. When the pressure in the valve chamber exceeds the release value, the upstream seat will release it; The sealing force of the downstream seat increases as the pressure in the valve chamber increases.
